Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following cancellation policy to accommodate various circumstances while ensuring fair treatment for all parties involved:

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments according to the following terms:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any prepaid service fees
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund of prepaid service fees
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable
  • No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable and may affect future booking privileges

Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your changing schedule:

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance can be accommodated at no additional charge
  • Rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as cancellations
  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times without penalty, subject to availability

Cancellation by Craftoshopen

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as stylist illness, emergency situations, or force majeure events. In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative appointment times
  • If no suitable alternative can be found, a full refund will be provided
  • We may offer additional compensation such as a discount on future services at our discretion

Refund Policy for Services

Personal Styling Sessions

Refunds for personal styling sessions are handled as follows:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your styling session, please contact us within 7 days
  • We will first attempt to address your concerns through a complimentary follow-up session
  • If the follow-up session does not resolve your concerns, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Completed services that met the agreed-upon scope are generally non-refundable

Full Day Shopping Experiences

For our Full Day Shopping Experience package:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund minus a processing fee
  • Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days in advance receive a 75% refund
  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 3 days in advance receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable

Seasonal Wardrobe Curation

For our Seasonal Wardrobe Curation package:

  • This package involves multiple sessions over an extended period
  • Refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions completed versus remaining
  • An early termination fee may apply if the package is cancelled before completion
  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another individual with prior approval

Product Returns and Exchanges

It is important to note that Craftoshopen provides shopping assistance services and does not sell merchandise directly. Items purchased during our shopping sessions are bought from third-party retailers, and their return policies apply:

  • We are not responsible for returns or exchanges of items purchased from third-party retailers
  • We encourage you to review the return policy of each retailer before making purchases
  • Our stylists can provide guidance on retailer policies during shopping sessions
  • We are happy to assist with coordinating returns where possible, though additional fees may apply for this service

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email or phone within the applicable time frame
  • Provide your booking confirmation number and details of your concern
  • Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

The following terms apply to gift cards and promotional credits:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any of our services
  • Promotional credits must be used within the specified promotional period
  • Promotional credits cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase
